John Grove

Key experience: Executive Headteacher for the Trust since 2016. Headteacher of Belleville Primary since 2000, leading it from “in danger of failing” to outstanding. In recognition of its capacity and commitment to support others, under John’s leadership Belleville was designated as a National Support School in 2009, a National Teaching School in 2011, an Academy Sponsor in 2013 and a Maths Hub in 2014. John is a National Leader of Education and Fellow of the NCTL. Previously head of West Hill Primary.

Liz Stoyel

IT professional with a keen interest in inclusion, SEND and pupil health and wellbeing
Key experience: Background as a technical writer, software developer, business analyst and sales support. Currently Senior Technical Author at FIS (formerly known as SunGard) where she has held various contracts since 2007. Since completing a degree in Health, Exercise & Nutrition in 2012 Liz has also worked in recent years as a nutrition/activity leader on weight management courses for ANK and MoreLife.

Rachael Dupont

Previous experience at Allen & Overy LLP (London) and Bell Gully (Auckland NZ). Master of Laws from Columbia (New York).
Key expertise: Legal aspects of HR e.g. employment contracts, visas, grievance, misconduct, tribunals, DBS checks, TUPE transfers; Compliance issues such as data protection and anti-corruption; Commercial contracts and partner arrangements; Property acquisitions, leases and school construction projects.

Geoff Morris

Key experience: Geoff has worked within the education sector for over eight years. His current role is head of secondary and interim senior leaders for Tripod Education, an agency that specialises in long term and permanent recruitment to schools. He has previously held roles at TES Prime and other recruitment agencies. He also has experience as an estate agent.

Karen Parkinson

Experienced primary and SEN teacher

Key experience: Teaching experience from 2002 to 2014 in primary and special schools in inner and outer London boroughs, both state maintained and independent. Gained experience of leading assessment, science and design & technology. Karen has also trained as a Makaton tutor, volunteers with several charities, and runs a pop up children's bookshop and used to be an official theme park ride tester! She is also setting up a business around multi-sensory storytelling for under 5s.

Fergal Spencer

Key experience: Fergal is a Managing Director for Financial Services at Accenture management consultancy, a leading global professional services company, where he leads their Insurance Practice across the UK & Ireland. For the last ten years Fergal has been shaping and delivering strategic change programmes in financial services institutions, helping clients to structurally change and improve their businesses. He is originally from Northern Ireland and lived and worked across Europe and South America before settling in London. Fergal has some years’ experience as Chair of the Parent Teacher Association at Belleville Primary School.
